The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page two, section eighteen-e, lines eighteen and nineteen, by striking out the words “second, if the amount deposited into the State Parks Lottery Revenue Debt Service Fund” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “if the certified debt service requirement”.

On page two, section eighteen-e, lines nineteen and twenty, by striking out the words “such amount deposited in the State Parks Lottery Revenue Debt Service Fund” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “the certified debt service requirement “.
